The Ford Superduty is the worlds best selling medium duty truck on the road today. The debate will always come and go but only Ford continues to deliver a solid front axle truck that will outlast its competitors. This truck is 1Owner truck from the south and seen no real work in its lifetime. Being a Southern California truck you can rest assured of a under-carriage that is like new. There has never been any kind of hitch in the bed and still has its plastic bedliner intact. I feel confident that the body is all original and looks great. Although this is a XLT model, it is loaded with tons of equipment, some equipment that my Lariat does not have. If you are wanting leather interior, all of the seats can be covered in the leather of your choice for $1,000. All of the interior looks good and has NOT been smoked in, nor has any funky smells. There are few minor stains on the seats that may come clean with a little TLC. Keep in mind these are the newer micofiber seating material and it seems like regular tap water can leave a mark on them. All truck manufactures have gone to this material and they are hard to keep spotless. Judging from the lift on the truck, I would estimate this lift to be a 6in. It does have dual reservoir shocks up front and rides very well for a lifted truck. We just installed 4 brand new Toyo Open Country Tires, these tires are massive 38-15.50-20s, and came with a massive price tag....over $2,000 worth of tires. The tires are mounted on custom Diamo Karat 20in Chromed Alloy Wheels. This lift kit and tire combination looks awesome on this truck. Powering this beast is one of my favorite engines....the 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel. Say what you will about the 6.0, but they will outlast a 6.4 Powerstroke and provide much more power than the 7.3. Don't get me wrong the 7.3 will always be the workhorse, but the 6.0 runs strong and most any Diesel tech can properly diagnose a 6.0, saving time and tons of cash. The 6.0 is mated to the Torq-shift transmission that is a blast to drive or pull with. While the 7.3 had its strong points, it was mated to a sluggish 4speed automatic that did not fair well under harsh conditions. The down-shifting capabilities of the Torq-shift are all possible due to a fluid drive transmission that stays cooler under pressure. This technology was first introduced my Allison many moons ago and they have proven they last! We did have the truck completely serviced will all new filters and fluids and installed new brakes. The frontend has been gone through and realigned for the optimal service life. My neighbor is a Ford Certified Diesel technician that performed most of the work, he is available for an independent inspection.
