Triumph/BSA Bobber - 650cc engine. Relisted again with no reserve and a reduced Buy It Now. Here's a chance to own a unique 1972 Triumph Tiger 650 powered 1958 BSA framed period custom TRIBSA motorcycle. Many hours were spent to combine the power and reliability of a 650 Triumph engine with the legendary handling and style of the BSA frame. All the engine plates, forward controls and fender stays were hand carved from alloy plate. Oil tank, electrics box, side covers etc cut, welded and smoothed from 3/32" steel plate. The swing arm is Triumph 650, cut and extended 3" and combined with the 1976 Triumph disc brake front end with drum rear fitted with 21" front and 16" rear wheels give excellent braking, handling, comfort and looks. The Sportster tank, 74 Bonneville handlebars, custom stitched seat and bobbed rear fender give it great attitude. The bike has just been refurbished with black gloss powdercoated frame etc. with semi-gloss enamel finished tinware. It has new wiring, battery, electronic ignition, fork tubes, brake line and master cylinder, carburetor and cables. The gas tank has been coated inside. The bike starts easy, runs strong, sounds good, with no rattles or smoke, rides well and looks great.
