Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback. The mustang is an original 302 motor car. The car is in the process of a full rotisserie and is 75% done. Basically all the hard work has been done such as rust removal, sand blast, welding, and body work. The rest is all paint and assembly. I am selling the car because i am attending med school down in Puerto Rico therefore i cant help out my dad with the project any longer. Our plan was to create an eleanor just as the movie gone in 60 seconds. The mustang was installed on a rotisary and the whole bottom of the car was sand blasted and painted with a rust free epoxy paint. The epoxy paint is used to completely seal the car inorder to keep it rust free for another 15 years. New floor pans were welded on the car along with all the aprons around the engine bay. Also new quater panels, inner and outer wheel houses, and other parts body parts here and their. The frame of the car and the actual body is 100% rust free. The doors are used doors and are in pretty good condition beside a small rust spot on the driver side door. One of the fenders is new and the other is used. The used fender is in really good condition with no rust. The trunk is a fiberglass eleanor trunk that was purchased from stinger fiberglass along with the whole eleanor kit. The kit alone cost me $2,750 and i have the reciepts. The suspension of the car is in good condition everything such as the cross members, arms, springs, leaf spring, etc.. was sand blasted, painted, and restored. The car is an original 302 motor car. I have a 302 that came with the car when i purchased it but I AM NOT SURE IF ITS THE ORIGINAL MOTOR. Their is no way for me to check it because i am currently out in school and the car is in my parents garage. The car has all its glass except the rear gkass but the windshield and door windows are included with the sale. The picture with all the new parts shows some of the new parts installed in the car. The new doors and one of the fenders i used on another mustang therefore those were not installed on the car. The car is very nice and is worth building. I have alot of extra parts that im throwing in the sale such as most interior parts and stuff. I have the two front seats and MIGHT have the rear seat im just waiting on my cousin to let me know if he found them in my garage. I'm throwing in everything i have in my garage that has to do with mustang because my parents want space in their garage so it will be a good deal for the buyer. The kit is just screwed into the car so that it can be seen in the pictures but its not actually installed. All the eleanor fiberglass parts are very solid and good its not one of those really cheap kits that some people buy ofr their mustangs. Included with the ad is a youtube video my dad got of the car last week. Please let me know of any questions or concerns i understand your buying a car through the internet so ask any questions you like or ask for more pictures. Feel free to contact me at 305-481-2278 with any trades or concerns thanks, Willy.
