Hate to let this go with all the work, time and parts invested but the job market is very tough on us old guys and I have to say good bye to my baby. Let's start from the begining I purchased this truck in 2008 at that time it was an aqua looking blue, no power steering, shoe style brakes, straight axle eight bolt large truck style wheels and tires, truck transmission and rear end, the interior was shot, but the body and bed were in decent shape. It had its current V-8 engine in it believe it to be a Chevrolet 350. Over the years the following has been done; Engine had great compression but pulled covers and had valve job and seals done, new main seal,dressed up with paint and some chrome,high output distributor,new headers, rebuilt carb, detailed engine compartment, electric fan on radiator, small cam, runs and drives excellent. Transmission was pulled and a rebuilt T 350 trans with slight shift kit, installed along with a rear end from a Trans-Am (great for set up for cruising) drive train only has 780 miles since installation. Body is in excellent shape with no rust with 1 year old bright yellow paint ( Mustang yellow orange) with hand painted custom pin stripping, new door and window seals, bed is Rhino Lined with diamond plate , tonneau cover, new blue dot head lights. Truck has been lowered has coil over springs, "Heidt" (Mustang II) front end, power steering,disc brakes, new shocks and springs, 5 bolt GM style wheels, baby moons with beauty rings, ride is very smooth and tracks perfect. Interior is painted same as exterior with black padded dash, after market AM/FM/ CD, grey cloth bucket seats, tilt steering with old style chevy steering wheel, clock was replaced by tachometer,( have clock) old style gauges, speedo gauge and cable replaced when transmission was done, black carpeting, new head liner, floor shift. I'm sure I have forgotten some things but you have an good idea of the shape of the truck, all work was professionly done.
