My loss your gain L No Reserve Auction Clear California Title – Registered Non-Operational with California DMV This vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty – This vehicle is a project car and needs full restoration. Recently this vehicle has fallen victim to theft and vandalism, this car has had the following items stolen: driver door, passenger door, front seat, rear seat, gas tank and are not included in this auction. Due to this recent theft of parts from this vehicle, the vicinity in which I store this vehicle in now no longer secure, because of this I have chosen to sell the vehicle as is in its current condition without replacing these parts to minimize my losses and prevent any further theft. In an attempt to prevent any further loss from theft I have removed and stored many parts that could easily be taken off the vehicle. The parts that have been stored will be also sold together with the car in this auction. I have included photos to show the overall condition of the vehicle: prior to the theft, after the theft, and current condition which it sits after I have removed and stored parts. Unfortunately, because this car is in pieces it may take a few trips to haul the vehicle from its current location to its new location. Before parts were stolen off this car; this car was mostly complete minus a motor and transmission. Taken into account, less the parts that were stolen, majority of the car is still there. I just can’t see replacing parts and continuing to restore the car with the high possibility of theft again. Normally I would not sell the car in pieces like this, but given the current situation I have no other option. My loss is your gain – Please read the auction description completely before bidding. Underbody is not in primer. Exterior body/shell is solid for its age. The major issue with this vehicle is its floor pans. Rear trunk pan - is completely rusted out and needs to be replaced Floor pan for rear seat area - is bad but could possibly be salvaged Floor pan front seat forward – was rusted out and transmission hump a square hole was cut into it – it has been patched over with heavy 18 gauge steel. It sturdy but not factory original . In my opinion, the whole floor should be or needs to be replaced – to get a better idea please look over the photos of the underside of the vehicle to see how rusted out the floor pan is in its current condition.
