1965 Plymouth Fury 1 police special V8 Commando 383 ,Automatic, 4 door,bench seats, Power steering,Power brakes (new master cylinder and pads with a full brake service) has stock 4 piston front disk brakes and large 11" drums in rear.Has the large police alternator and the 7 leaf rear springs.Picked up this rare vehicle to rat it out but I'm getting laid off in 2 weeks so need the money. This is a 1 year Albuquerque PD seargents vehicle.Bought by the original owner from the police auction in 1966 was his mothers car for the next 40 years until her death then it sat for the next 4 years until i bought it.Engine was rebuilt in the mid 80's was told it has about 40k on the rebuild theres some rust out behind wheel wells and the repaint and some body work was done on the rear passenger side at that time as you can see from the pics.the rest of the car and underside are solid it has been in Albuquerque,NM its whole life.Is my current daily driver has good original 15" police rims and tires (sorry the police insert caps are AWOL).It is delete radio and has the original police light.haven't hooked it up but was told it worked when it was parked.All other lights and guages work besides the speedometer (haven't checked that yet either) .gold interior.horn ring is missing (still works) seats are cracked along the vinyl.The headliner is complete just needs the rear window pillar covers reglued they have separated in the sun.I would't be afraid to drive this car anywhere.I have owned 30+ mopars and this one drives like a dream (could use a tuneup). i can give the winner the previous owners number so you can get the full story behind it.HAHA i listened to about 3 hours of it myself Clean title Deposit of 500 within 24hrs and all within 5 business days either in person or Paypal if BIN is chosen shipping is buyers responsibility On Jan-22-12 at 11:27:48 PST, seller added the following information: Just uploaded 2 more fender tag pics for those interested.I spun the starter today so it will have a brand new starter as well after today
