LOOK!!! a 2000 Mazda MX-5 Miata - Convertible! I am selling my Miata to reduce the number of vehicles that I have to pay taxes, registration, and insurance on. I bought this Miata just over a year ago due to the fact that I lived about 40 miles from work and I needed something that got good gas mileage as a commuter vehicle. Since that time, I have moved much closer to work, so the need is not there anymore. This car is in excellent shape and runs fantastic. There are no dings or scratches to speak of on this car ; the convertible top works great, all electrical items function properly, the AC works fine... this car just runs great and is actually fun to drive. Although, it is small inside and it's a little hard for me to get my big fat belly into it : ) I have changed the oil every 3,000 miles and have taken good care of it. It is always garaged. about 6 months ago, I had a new water pump installed. That is the only thing I have had to do on this car since I have owned it. Since it only has a 4 cyl. in it, it would make a great first car for your kid, it gets up to speed decently, but its not going to be a contender in a drag race at midnight when your kid is out cruising the streets. This is just an all around nice car... I'd like to keep it, but with our crazy congress spending money like water and our economy tanking worse every day, I need to downsize. I just paid the registration about two months ago, so that is good to go. I am also selling this car locally, so it may sell before the listing ends. I live in Apple Valley, CA. I still owe just over $5,000 on this vehicle, so the buyer would have to give me a large portion of the proceeds in a cashiers check made out to my lender with the rest in cash (to be paid in person at pickup or delivery). I would provide a bill of sale to the buyer and instruct my lender to send the buyer the title once they received the cashiers check paying off the loan.
