The reason for him selling the car was to upgrade to a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is a very rare 5 speed manual X5 3.0 liter with 159K miles. It has a spotless carfax report with every record since day one and no accidents or negative history. The exterior has only a few minor door dings and scratches that you would associate on any pre-owned vehicle and really does not look in person like a 11 year old 159K mile vehicle. Please view all the photos to see how clean this truck is. The headlights are not yellow and pitted, seat bolsters are not torn or faded. The wheels are not gouged, nor are the bumpers. It is fully equipped with a real leather interior, heated seats, rear sun shades, power sunroof, rear park sensors and Xenon headlamps. All the options work as they should with no issues. I do remember one of the cup holders not working properly. This X5 has been maintained to the highest standard since new with an open check book. In the past 30K miles we have done over $8000 in service and pro-active maintenance and our reserve is less then the service receipts alone!! Recent service includes: Alternator, Battery, Oil service (132K miles @ 8/2010) Oil service, Right front axle, shift knob, clutch pedal rubber, Wiper blades, Differntial axle bearing, Oxygen sensor ( 136K 2/2011) Oil service, washer tank, oil level sensor, oxygen sensor, brake fluid sensor, RF upper control arm bushing and ball joint (5/2011 @ 140K) Mount and balance four new tires (7/2011) Replace clutch disc, resurface flywheel, clutch slave cylinder (6/2011 @ 142K) Washer pump, oil service , Scan for check engine light ( DMTL pump codes) Light still comes on occasionally Drivers door window regulator (6/2011 @ 143K) Front brake job, replace pads, rotors, sensor and LF caliper. Replace radiator and expansion tank (11/2011 @ 155K) We have driven this car many times and it runs excellent. The Check engine light does come on on occasion and might need a DMTL pump which would are happy to do for you for an additional cost. it does not effect the cars driving performance at all. The suspension is a little tired but does not make any noise or clunk over bumps. Please remember this is a 11 year old BMW with 159K miles but in my professional opinion it is one of the nicest ones you will find!
