Up for auction is a 1968 FORD FAIRLANE 500 CONVERTIBLE. It has a 302 V8 with a 2 barrel carburator, automatic transmission, power steering, power top factory air conditioning, not operating, factory bucket seats with center console shifter. This car spent all its life in Oklahoma and has very little rust mostly around the rear wheels. Good tires on factory rally rims and dual exhaust. Tear in the rear window, see picture. Solid floor pans and trunk and factory Philco am radio.Has some dents and dings. This car would be a good canidate to restore or with a little labor make a daily driver in either case you would be driving a classy convertible. Low reserve. NADA says the low retail is $6100.
