1999 GMC SUBURBAN 4x4. SLT fully loaded model. 255 HP Vortec 5.7 V8 350 cu in. 4 speed automatic overdrive trans. Autocheck says it calculates there were 4 owners. The old gentleman I bought it from was the second owner. He bought it in 2003He lost his original title and had a new title made. I am the 3rd owner of 1 Day. Original Price on this truck was $40,577.00 and this was 1999 prices Too save me a whole lot of typing, I've included a picture of the original window sticker for this truck. This truck was not supposed to be one of these projects. I've been looking for a suburban for a while now and I found this one on craigslist 3 days ago down in Georgia. My buddy and his wife were here from Florida and were heading home Thursday. So, I made a bunch of quick arrangments and they delivered Me to the guys door yesterday morning and I purchased the truck and brought it home. So its been in Ohio for less than 15 hours now. THE ONLY REASON THIS THING IS FOR AUCTION is because I rushed this whole process and got a small loan to cover the truck and expenses. And on the way home I had a long time to think about it and I should not have gotten a loan for this thing. SO I am offering a 3 day sale and just give the money back to the bank and it wont cost Me anything. YA I know... Not smart but thats how I do things sometimes. SO, its probably gonna go to some locals here since I'll need the cash asap . Call me with any questions. 330-608-2511 keith NOW FOR THE TRUCK : This is an all original with a clean accident free life. CARFAX is good. The truck is 100 % rust free exterior and the underneath is just the same. NO RUST,. NO ACCIDENTS, ALL ORIGINAL NICE SHINY PAINT. NO CLEAR COAT PEELING. I left Georgia and came up through the great smokey mountains. The truck did awesome. It had plenty of power up the hills and held the turns perfectly. Other than the big Excursion, You cant beat these Suburbans for the nice ride and handling. The body is really nice and straight with a couple very very minor spots. ( light door ding drivers door. paint ok) ( 1/4 " ding up towards top by rear window. Paint chipped) very light. The leather interior is in exc shape also. No cracks in the dash. There is some wear on the drivers seat from getting in and out. (see picture) 3rd row seating. Back seat comes out and the middle seats lay flat for huge cargo space. Air Condition front and rear with controls in the back for the passengers. This truck has all the options offered at the time. With only 137000 miles this truck is about half of what these things will do. (look on ebay and craigslist. Most of them have 250000 plus miles. 4x4 is push button and works good. The truck looks like it spent some time under some trees as it had leaves packed in every crevice. I went and gave a quick wash and tried to get most of them out. but whoever gets it will need to do a nice detail job on it. Its just to cold out to do that here right now. Also the rims are a very nice aluminum set, but they are gonna need a real good cleaning. They are not clear coated so they can be polished .. I've done a lot of these wheels. Tires are in exc shape. THERE ARE TWO ISSUES RIGHT NOW. First the airbag light is on. This is an electrical issue. The airbags have never been deployed. and I'm guessing it is a sensor. Second is the that the check engine light came on while I was coming home. I stopped at autozone and they did their scan and printed out the problem. it is the 02 sensor and I purchased the sensor for 60.00 today but have not installed it yet. It is a simple job and I will try to address it tomorrow if I can. But you are buying it with the assumption that You will need to put it on. For anybody here in Ohio, You WILL NOT FIND A CLEANER TRUCK around here. Run to a car lot and look underneath their cars that are a couple years old then come look at this one. Id be willing to bet this truck is cleaner rust wise. Sorry about the 3 day auction and some people may miss out but circumstances make me do it this way.
