What your looking at is my Typhoon and I just feel like its time to sell since I'm close to 50yrs old, one child in college, one just finished and one still in high school, one grandson, 60hr wk job and no time for projects. So its offered at NO RESERVE and NO THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH TRUCK JUST TIME TO MOVE IT! I'm not rich, not greedy but realistic oh yeah I'm not crazy too just offering at a fair price and if your a serious bidder? If You happen to win my desire is to sell at a fair price for both of us? 1993 GMC TYPHOON 61K FAST + NICE - ( Metro Detroit/Harper Woods area) Up for sale is my 1993 GMC TYPHOON with 61 K miles and less than 6k on New rebuilted TRANSMISSION + TORQUE CONVERTOR (invoices included) and New SHIFT CABLE *WILLING TO ENTERTAIN OFFER email me I'm all ear's* Purchase from South carolina in 2005 never driven in snow and actually driven only 500-600 hundred miles per year around town with afew trip to Florida 2k mile round trip now most recently to and from woodward dream cruise. PLEASE NOTE Again: I do not need to sale just tried of looking at it in the garage when somebody else can fully enjoy. This one maybe the cheapest on ebay. What you see is what you get I'll rate this truck 8 out of 10 Pretty damn good border line great but alittle ways from awesome. Thats my personal opinion.......... PAINT is not mint but looks pretty good with nicks,scratches here and there. RUST: No rust through but little dots or rust here and there. CLADDING is cracked in afew places: rear drivers side bumper cap and driver side between door or rear tire see photo mostly pretty good with spot of peeling paint lower front drivers side under fog/driving light and very small crack under passenger door. I do have replacement cladding and color matched just not installed. Cladding was repainted by previous owner and its peeling . ENGINE is perfect with 99.5% stock with kenne Bell Air Intake other than a new raditor cap on the turbo intercooler tha leaks because its not tight. INTERIOR is awesome no rips or tears nor holes in black leather seats and the carpet looks good.The only bad crappy radio no cd player with factory speakers from 1993 RIMS/TIRES are pretty good no major issues with under 7k miles on new set of rubber. A/C blew ICE COLD air last summer at woodward dream cruise when fully ReCharged in 2007 assume small leak but lasted 4 yrs between refills. HEATER: Blows super hot its a sweatbox. RECENT WORK: Tune up with plugs, cap, rotor 4k miles ago. All four stocks replaced around the same time. with front brakes replaced as well. EXTERIOR: looks pretty good especially with clear turn signal lens and euro style clear brake tail lights UNDER CARRIAGE: Has been spray undercoated (rubberized) 3m brand to prevent rust MINOR ISSUES: The ashtray is cracked, center console does not latch completely, passenger side power window motor is slow going up or coming down, tail gate handle came off but still used to open/close, rear wiper unhooked but works ALARM and ANTI-THIEF KILL SWITCH NOW since I dont have to sell nor desperate to complete this transaction Please lets not waste time nor money if your not a serious bidder! Im was using a pole to to prop it open. The two pictures of the cladding around the wheel well shows where the cladding was rubbing alittle against fender. Transmission/Torque Convertor update: Verified receipt the FIRST rebuilt install mileage 53K and SECOND warranty replacement TOTALLY NEWnrebuilt install mileage 57K because leaking seals caused its to burnout!
