MECHANIC SPECIAL! NO RESERVE! PRICED TO SELL! ENGINE RUNS EXCELLENT! TRANSMISSION SHIFTS PROPERLY! BODY IS CORROSION FREE AND STRAIGHT! Please read entirely and view all photos! EXTERIOR--- BEAUTIFUL BODY AND GLASS, NO CORROSION! To note--- the front bumper cover needs some repair and paint. (see photos) The hood has some peeling clear and a couple of small pdrable (paintless dent reapairable) dents. The drivers side rear quarter panel also has some peeling clear. INTERIOR--- NO DASH CRACKS! THE INTERIOR LOOKS TO BE MOSTLY GARAGE KEPT CONDITION. THE LEATHER IN NOT DRIED UP AND THE DASH, PLASTICS AND LEATHER AREN'T CRACKED OR SHRUNK FROM THE DRY SUNNY SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CLIMATE! To note-- the headliner in the hardtop is loose, the passenger door armrest storage cover is loose on one side. the passenger seat has one panel in the base that has torn leather. I removed the convertible top switch and it is with the car, the valves inside the top of the windshield frame are leaking and every time I touched the top switch I would have hydraulic fluid on my clothes. The valves can be rebuilt in expensively and the r&r is simple. The top seems as if it will work once the leak is repaired. DASH, CONSOLE, CARPETS, WOOD, ARE ALL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ASIDE FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED FLAWS. POWER WINDOWS, POWER SEATS, GAUGES, INDICATORS, ALL SEEM TO WORK PROPERLY. MECHANICAL--- ENGINE IS STRONG AND EXCELLENT! I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY LEAKS ON THE GROUND OR ADDED ANY OIL, THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS EXCELLENT!. THE WHEELS ARE AFTER MARKET ALESSIO BRAND AND ARE NOT WELL SUITED FOR THE CAR. To note--- I had my Mercedes tech that is 28 years with Mercedes and he told me that the suspension needs a couple of shock or strut sensors? for the suspension and that they are about $100 each. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS AN AS-IS AUCTION AND I HAVE SHARED EVERYTHING THAT I KNOW ABOUT THE PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE.
