I have a 1967 2 Door Hardtop Fastback Chevy Impala for sale. This baby is ready to drive with a rebuilt 454 with about 6,000 miles on it with a Saginaw 4 speed transmission. The car is all original except for the engine and the transmission. It has original four wheel drum, non-power brakes, but has power steering. The headliner, seats and carpet are all in good condition, with minor chips on the dash that had been painted to match the car, and on the seats where the hinges are. These are the things it needs, only the "brakes hot" gauge works, and all gauges light up with a bright indicator, yet none of the other gauges work, nor does the clock. Heat blows slightly through the defrost, and car has all the hook ups for A/C, but none are hooked up. It is missing the Chevy symbol on the rear trunk lid, and the seals around the doors and windows are bad. Other than that, no rust that I can see anywhere on the vehicle. I bought it in 2006 as is, and it has been garaged ever since with the thought of restoring it with my kids, but I have moved on to other projects and decided to sell it. It would not take very much to make this car a very nice car with a few upgrades, but would also be a good buy for someone looking to restore it originally. I have lowered starting price and reserve considerably after further consideration!!! Help me sell this thing, it is an awesome car that needs to find a good home!!!
