1967 Mercury Cougar XR7 project car, bought this car to restore and it needs plenty of work but I cannot go thru with plans and would like to just pass it on to another person to rebuild. It ran when it was parked but slightly ruff bc of the carburetor. I WILL NOT SHIP THE VEHICLE OR HAVE ANY RETURNS. It will be sold as is no refunds.
