I will do a buy it now for a serious buyer and reserve the right to end auction at anytime. ~This a beautiful 1972 CMC Jimmy Custom 4x4. It s had one owner since new. Its 100% Rust free and original! Life long dry California/Arizona truck. All dust with no Rust! Shes never seen a day of foul weather or a salty road in her life! I have all of the registrations dating back to 1972 and alot of maintainace records. There seems to be 20 Chevrolet Blazers for every one GMC Jimmy. And how often do you find a one owner, rust free original one! ~Original 350 with automatic transmission. Factory AC, 4x4 With custom trim package The truck runs and drives xlnt! Always starts right up with no smoke, leaks, or funny noises. All of the 4x4 works fine. Transmission shifts smooth. Brakes are great. Steering is tight. Its actually a joy to drive! You can cruise effortlessly down the freeway at 80mph. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere! ~The body on this truck is a 100% rust free virgin. Nothing has ever been altered. She's 100% good ole American steel! She appears to still be wearing her original paint. Its not perfect and does have a nice patina to it which I think looks kind of cool! I personally think it would be ashamed to paint it. Their only original once! But if you want a show truck this would be the perfect base! Nothing to hide here and you see exactly what your getting! Again the entire truck is rust free! The rockers are perfect and still have all the factory spot welds. The floors are just as nice! No patching, No scaling, No under coating gunk, just nice and original. The doors shut nicely. ~The interior is very nice! The driver seat is ripped and the dash pad has a crack that's about it. The dash itself and all the gauges still look new! Door panels are nice. Rear seat is perfect. Nice rear side panels. All of the glass is nice. Windows roll up and down nicely. The rear hatch is cracked and should be replaced. ~All in all this is an outstanding example of one of the best year Jimmy's ever made! Rock solid, great running old truck!
