Another beautiful car from my collection, this 1989 560SL is a joy to behold. The coachwork is virtually flawless, the interior all replaced and just beautiful. The a/c was also replaced during the restoration. The car drives as a Mercedes should, the performance is spirited, braking sure and progressive without shudder. Handling on the Michelin tires is sporty. The soft top was replaced and is in excellent condition. A matching hardtop accompanies the car. The car has covered a little over 20,000 miles since restoration, the speedometer being replaced at this time. The car was originally from California, I bought it from Autohaus, who told me the previous owner had spent in excess of $30,000 in returning the car to as new condition.
