Vehicle Detail
Hello and thank you for looking at our Collector’s Edition 1996 Buick Roadmaster wagon. As we all know, this car is becoming rare to find in good shape. Most people that have them with low miles aren’t selling them, and when they do go to sell them (if you can find one), they ask more money for them then they are probably worth. Today you have the opportunity to buy one on my no reserve auction. The last remaining bidder (when the auction ends in 7 days) wins this beautiful car. I‘m not saying that this is the nicest car out there, because it s not. It’s just a really, really nice car that I believe a buyer would enjoy driving. The car is all-power, and everything on it seems to work. All of the paint looks original, and the wood grain on the car looks great. I’m sure that you know that this is the LT-1 motor with dual-exhaust. This is the same motor that GM installs in their Corvettes. When you give it gas, the car flies. This is an incredible car, and it’s a shame that they ever stopped making it. All of the beautiful pictures that I took of the car should describe it very well, and I really don’t see any rust on the outside of the body or any rust on the inside at all. The miles on this wagon are really low for being 15 years old. This car has only been driven 6,000 miles per year, so the previous owner probably used it as a second car for small trips and family outings. This car is too clean to have been an everyday driver. The moldings that go on the chrome strips, like most of them, fell off, because the glue gets old and the molding falls off. Our mechanic said that it could use valve cover gaskets; the ones that are on it are the originals. If you could live with that, this beautiful car is waiting for you. We are Rita Auto Sales, located at 10635 Kinsman Rd. (Rt. 87) Newbury, OH 44065. We are also selling this car locally, so if it sells we reserve the right to end the auction early at any time. This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown). We encourage all bidders to stop out, personally examine the car and drive it for themselves. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. We would like the car paid for within 3 days, either by cash, wire transfer. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle. If you need a 30 Day Tag it’s $18.50. If we need to transfer your title (and not hand you your title) we will also have to collect the tax in your county. We will not pay any shipping fees, but we would be glad to assist your shipper in picking up your vehicle. This is a no-reserve auction, which means that the last highest bidder gets this vehicle when the auction is over. If you have any questions call Stan at 216-598-7011. Good luck bidding! Lowered the seat in the back of the wagon and found all 7 missing body side-moldings. They're all in good shape and they just need to be put back on to the car.
