This 1965 Thunderbird was purchased in the summer of 2011 with the intention of keeping it as a weekend driver. Health has changed my plans. The car has a tan interior and is in good condition. Since I purchased the car I have installed a new carburator (I have the origional carburator), repaired the radiator, rebuilt the power brake vacuum booster, realigned the front end, and put on four new tires. The car has air-conditioning, power brakes, power steering, power seat (driver's side),and power windows. The left rear power window does not work. The gages need attention as does the power convertible top. The top works with a little help but needs a micro switch and possible one relay. The paint is in good condition and was repainted before I bought the car. There is some pitting on the interior chrome. The car runs down the road well and the transmission shifts as it should. It does have a small oil leak. The car is so much fun to drive and is a really turns heads. I get a lot of "thumbs up" driving down the street.
