1963 Ford F100 shortbed fleetside custom cab truck with deluxe trim. Original paint and California black plate survivor. Very solid truck with no rust and always in a dry Central California climate. This truck was sold new in Chowchilla, CA and is believed to have been owned within a 25 miles radius of that area since new. Factory V8 (292) engine, automatic transmission with overdrive, and power steering. Runs and drives well but has not been used as a daily driver for a few years. Recent work has been done to get this truck back up to being a daily driver again. All new brakes: master cylinder, flex lines, wheel cylinders, and brake shoes. Tune up: new spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap, rotor, points, and carb rebuild. All fluids have been changed and a new thermostat added. New battery. Newer tires. Rims painted original color. All paint on the body of the truck is original and has a great looking patina to it. Most everything appears to function as it should: all lights, turn signals, gauges, wipers, etc. Heater fan motor and switch work as they should but the heater core is not hooked up. There is a crack on the passenger side of the windshield that starts and ends there. All brightwork is in good condition. Original Ford keys work all locks and ignition switch. Both front and rear original California black plates and original owners manual included with the sale. Current California registration and clear title included with the sale. No smog required. Odometer shows 96k miles and it is believed to be original. Overall this is a very solid and original truck that gets a lot of attention anywhere it goes and is sure to bring the next owners years of enjoyment.
