This is being relisted due to a non-paying high bidder . Up for auction is a 2004 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Super High Cube.We ordered this brand new from Key Dodge in Xenia, Ohio and have owned it since new .We had an expediting company in the Dayton area and when DHL shut down it killed our business along with many others in the area. When we ordered this I beleive it was over 36,000 dollars since we had many options added to it like dual side sliding doors, bulk head divider, dual sky lights in the cargo area, cargo walls with etrack etc .We had a new Japer engine installed at 268,432 miles and have the bill to prove it , this was an expensive engine to replace and at that time did not know we would be out of business a year later.When the engine was instaleed we had all the belts , hoses, fluids , glow plugs , thermostat and many other parts replaced . The steer tires are Michelin LTX with 75% tread The drive tires are BF Goodrich Commercial T/A Traction with 80% tread. So what is wrong wih her .....She has sat for a while .The windshield is cracked (250) the exhaust after the muffler is off , a corner piece on the rear is missing , it has some rust spots , I just serviced it with Synthetic oil and OEM parts, it was running rough and I thought the fuel filter was plugged I replaced that but it still runs rough and the check engine light is on.The brakes feel soft and I would not trust driving it on the road because of that. If in the Dayton area I would be happy to let you test drive it down my lane .We can assist with delivery at a reasonable rate .This is a good van with a lot of life left in her if someone has the time to put some repairs in her.I require 500 deposit w/in 1 days of auction close and full payment within 10 days of auction close , I can store here for as long as needed (within reason) after it has been paid in full.On Dec-05-11 at 03:48:37 PST, seller added the following information: When we decided to sell this truck , I thought about getting it 100% turnkey and when I thought about it , I did not know if I put that money into if it would net me that much or even cover it .So that is why I am selling it not 100% ready ,I have a clean Ohio title in hand we were the only owner she has ever had .With a little effort this would be a great work van for someone , it is the highest longest Sprinter and you can stand up in the back .I can possibly assist with delivery at a reasonable price.
