FOR SALE1994 JEEP CHEROKEE LAREDO 4X4 This is a used vehicle that I purchased from ebay locally about 3 years ago. It has been a good vehicle but does have a few problems I will list them below. The vehicle is a 4 door, 4 wheel drive, automatic V8. It has heat and air with a am/fm cd pull out radio. It will need to be cleaned (ie: carpets, dash ect.). The seats are in pretty good condition no rips or tears that I can remember but I will look and update this listing if I find any. The head liner is coming down a bit (but that would prevent you from driving it) and the molding around the drivers door handle lost a screw so it will pop out around the handle when you close the door (again nothing that will prevent the vehicle from being driven) Now for the known problems:The rear main seal is leaking (my brother said he could fix it for about $300...I am sure if you can work on vehicle you could to), I noticed that the transmission slips a little and does it more when the vehicle is cold or when the fluid is low. Heat works great...some times the fan will stop but if you hit it on the passagers side it will start back up. The air worked fine but the (tubing??) came off and leaked the freon out. So I think all it needs it to be charged again, but I never had a problem with it until then. The control for the fan (heating/air) low is high and high is low. Not sure what happened with that, but it never really bother me because it works either way. One of the back windows will not roll down. About a month after a purchase the vehicle the motor for that window went out. Those are the only problems I know of with this vehicle. The vehicle is drivable and up until I purchase my truck last month I was driving it every day. I believe anyone that can work on vehicle can fix the above issues with no problem.
