Hello everyone, here it is, from my family to yours. This true GTO Convertible has been in my family since 1973, it was my fathers. The car started out original color and engine, but no longer is either. It was the green color inside the trunck and had a 400. It still has a 400 non original, with a 2 barrel carb. I have had the car since 1999 and really have not driven it since 2005. The car is complete as far as I can see. Inside the hood is a 400 non original engine, AC and power steering. It has a power top, hideaway headlights, and a 3 speed shifter between the seats. I was told it has a 400 turbo trans,10 bolt rear non posi as far as I know. The car starts and runs and can be driven, however, I would check all fluids and tire condition. I drove it about a month ago and the engine is strong and does not smoke. The GTO has been checked out by a few locals. Here is the deal, the body is VERY ROUGH, I've been told, LOTS OF RUST, HOLES, ETC. AGAIN, REAL BODY ISSUES!!!!!!!!!! That being BOLD. However, you and I both know, you can buy pieces for these cars and if your a do-it -yourself kind of guy, you save money. Please look at all the pictures carefully. The frame is solid and is a true 1969 GTO Convertible out of Baltimore. This will be a great project car for someone that wants to own a classic muscle car at cheap base price. Good luck!
