Vehicle Detail
1964 Buick Riviera For Sale 1964 2 Door Buick Riviera Black Interior/ Black Exterior Red Pinstripe New Coker Classic Red Line Tires (under 20 miles used) New Supreme Wheels from Wheel Vintiques New Edelbrock Carburator Built 401 Nailhead (Motor built prior to my purchase) Facotry AC under the hood (not hooked up) Power Windows Original Interior Automatic Transmission Shaved Emblems, Antenna, and Fender Trim I bought this car from a local man who said his father had built it before he had passed away and it had set in the garage since then. We got some gas, filled it up, and took off down the road. the owner was Ray Kinney, a master car builder and a person of well known stature in the california custom car builder world. This car was built for his wife who ended up driving a new car instead. I was told the motor was rebuilt with forged pistons and roller rockers and a new cam, as well as new performance susspension springs were installed. I have not taken the car apart so i cannot guarantee these upgrades as i have not seen the inside of the motor personally. The car has brand new red line tires, brand new rims, both with less then 20 miles of use on them. The wheel trim, emblems, and rear fender indentation trim has been removed. The car is straight as an arrow and just looks beautiful. I have not found a single scratch or dent in the car. The driver seat has a small hole, and the radio/AC/ and windshield wipers all appear to not be plugged in. They all are intact and appear to be not broken. However i have had no use for them and have not fiddled with them, could be a fuse or something simple but im not sure. Also as long as i have had the car there has been a small amount of transmission fluid leaked under the car after sitting, i was told there it was most likely a gasket in need of replace after sitting for several years prior to my purchasing it, the car doesnt have any shifting problem or any issues that i have ever experienced in my driving of the car. Several of the interior lights have some cracks in the housing, and coule be replaced online for about 8 dollars. Headliner is in great shape as is the dash and the interior as a whole. If you have any questions please contact me and we can talk about it. Also a very reputable auto shop is near my house that you could call at your discretion and cost and have the car inspected by a mechanic. I will not charge any fee to help you do this if you choose to. I accept payment through wire transfer to my bank or cashiers check once allowed to clear. No paypal for the full payment. Please take this into consideration before bidding on this item. I have had too many people offer to buy a car, and never recieved money to just take anyones word on it. Car is sold as is without any expressed or implied warranty. GET IT STRAIGHT, STOP BIDDING AND WINNING MY AUCTIONS IF YOU ARENT GOING TO PAY FOR IT. THIS IS NOT WINDOW SHOPPING, IF YOU HAVE A 0 RATING DONT BID. On Sep-23-11 at 14:31:17 PDT, seller added the following information: The car is a 1964, the 1963 is a typo.the title says 64, the vin says 64, and i have original registration from the original owner going back to 1970 that say 64. Just a typo on my part. please notice that. Just to clarify for people that may be concerned about seeing the car online after selling already. The first winner of the car never contacted me, never paid me, never responded to any email or even viewed the car. It was some idiot with a 0 rating from who knows where. The second time the car sold, the gentleman paid the deposit, booked shipping and a hotel to come out and get the car personally. The night before, he had a medical accident and backed out of the deal without getting to actually ever see the car. Even though it has sold and been relisted, there is no issue with the car, i just had bad luck with bidders twice in a row. Please email me with any questions. On Nov-20-11 at 19:40:41 PST, seller added the following information:
