A great running 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis. This is a full sized car with all the options available in 1988, including automatic headlights, cruise, tilt, power options, etc... I purchased this car from the original owner in 2009 and my wife has driven it since. She loves the space. We just had a baby and I have purchased another vehicle for her to drive- so I am selling this one. It has been very reliable. Non-smoking home. Specs: 302 V8, automatic with overdrive, RWD The good: Great tires, good spare, good brakes, 17-23 MPG, fuel injected, very nice- smooth ride, good interior, all the power options work, regular maintenance, repairs as needed to keep it running A+. "If it looked as good as it ran, it would be the bell of the ball". The bad: A/C is not cold, Broken passenger side mirror, Rear power windows need help going up, Rust from the molding down (looks worse in person than in the photos), a few scratches in the paint. I cannot emphasize enough that this is NOT a show car. It looks good in the pictures, looks good going down the road, looks RUSTY up close and personal. Other than the rust this is a great car. Reliable transportation with a very nice "land yacht" ride. Seating for 6, could rent out trunk space as a studio apartment. Please e-mail with any questions and I will try to answer promptly.
