You are bidding on a 1997 GMC Yukon 4WD, 4 Door vehicle in superb condition. I am the third owner. I bought the vehicle from a long-time family friend after his son died. He was the original owner and took excellent care of the vehicle. The vehicle had 78,200 miles on it at time of purchase. This vehicle has 87,722 miles but the new engine only has 9,000 miles and the transmission about 4,000 miles. All mechanical systems ~ A/C, four-wheel-drive, CD / Cassette player, electric windows, electric door locks, rear A/C, etc. ~ work perfectly. The passenger side rear door window switch needs replacing though. It is bright red and the paint & body are in excellent condition. It does have some minor dings and scratches but nothing glaring and some might even rub out with the right product. The headlight lenses are new and clear. All original trim is in place and in excellent condition. Earmark Car Audio installed a new remote entry / alarm system with glass breakage sensor included. It comes with two remotes. It has a tan leather interior that is in near-perfect condition. All the leather and padding on the drivers seat is new. The back seat was rarely sat in. The replacement engine was bought NEW, in the crate, from Bankston Chevrolet here in Dallas. It still has most of the 3 year, 100,000 mile GM Nationwide Warranty left. This warranty covers parts and labor on the engine only, according to GM. The transmission was replaced on a trip to Austin in December, 2010. It is out of warranty (90 day, 12,000 miles, WCF) but has performed flawlessly. When the engine was replaced most other wear & maintenance items were replaced at same time. A partial list would include ~ motor mounts, ALL fluid hoses (except A/C), radiator, starter, all 4 oxygen sensors, battery cables, serp belt & tensioner, fixed idler, oil cooler lines, fan clutch. All parts were GM OEM bought from dealer ~ not cheap aftermarket. The Goodyear tires were bought soon after I purchased the vehicle and it was then sent to Dallas Frame & Alignment for front-end alignment. They replaced some wear items and aligned front end. The vehicle drives like new. All brake system components (except ABS module) have been replaced including the vacuum booster.
