Automatic This T-Bird combines elegance and sportiness in a way few vehicles can. This is a very, very nice example of a 2003 Thunderbird. This Ford is in very good shape both inside and out, and it runs strong. It spent a few months up north when it was new, but it's been a Florida car since 11/2003, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. The exterior is in very good condition. There are no notable dents or dings on the car, and the paint shines brilliantly all around. There is some minor cracking / peeling on the chrome trim at the top of the windshield. This is a VERY common flaw in these cars. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include alloy wheels. These look to be chrome wheels, which were not available on the Deluxe model in 2003. They must have been added later. The top works perfectly and is also in very good condition with no rips or tears. The interior is also in very good condition. Both front seats have power controls and are heated. This Ford offers some nice features: power windows, locks and mirrors; auto dual-zone air conditioning; AM/FM/CD stereo; power tilt & telescopic wheel; cruise control, and much more.Please note that the in-dash 6 CD changer is NOT working. The display indicates all slots are full, but no discs will eject, and an error message appears if you try to play a disc. The manual is with the car. The trunk is clean. This motor really runs strong. It's a 3.9 liter V8 that's rated at 280 hp and 286 lb-ft of torque. The tires have good tread remaining. This car may be driven, so it could have a few more miles on it by the time the auction is over. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
