Hi all, I'm selling my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. It has the 4.7 V8, and is 4 wheel drive. It is a 2-owner NC Jeep all its life, so spotless underneath, with NO accidents. It has fewer than 147,000 miles, slightly less than average for the year. Being a Limited, it has many features. Some of these: Heated power front seats Leather throughout Keyless Entry Overhead console with instant MPG, average MPG, distance to empty, trip mileage, trip time, mileage until service, temperature, and direction Dual zone climate control (Allows you and your passenger to have different temperatures) Towing package Power windows, locks, mirrors Power sliding sunroof In-sunvisor garage door opener Cold air conditioning and hot heat Upgraded radio with Aux-in should you want to play your MP3 player or iPod (Interface cable included) This Jeep has something the others don't: A NEW Engine. Not used, not from a wrecked car at the junkyard, NEW. It has been totally remanufactured using state of the art processes. It was installed with -0- miles on it and has only around 6,000 miles on it since installed. This is a $3000 ordeal already taken care of here, not so with the other ones! I have paperwork to prove the new engine. The differentials are quiet (Anyone who knows Jeeps know this is a common issue) Not so with mine! The transfer case is in great shape with no hopping in turns like some Jeeps do. Not with mine! The transmission shifts properly and smoothly. Jeep gets over 19 MPG in city and highway driving, and in excess of 22 highway MPG. The suspension is tight and silent. The 4 matching tires are in good condition and the brakes are thick and strong. Cosmetically, the Jeep is in good condition. There are a few dings on the front fenders and a couple of marks on the bumpers. A few dings and scratches, but a straight, true Jeep. There is an intermittent check engine light for one of the monitor o2 sensors, not one of the main ones. The exhaust rubs the bottom of the Jeep intermittently, all it would take to remedy these things is for a replacement o2 sensor and for the exhaust to be welded. Neither affects anything, neither are expensive. Absolutely NO paint fade or clearcoat/paint peeling ANYWHERE. The Jeep has a valid inspection good for nearly another year. Clean and clear title in hand. Only selling to fix one of my other vehicles.
