1955 Bel Air 2-door! This car has spent the last 8 years tucked away in a warehouse! She has had the same owner for the last 25 years! If you are looking for a fresh barn find 55 Chevy, here it is! It has a small block chevy with a dyers blower, and dual carbs. The story on the motor is.... it ran when put into storage, but we noticed water in the oil, so expect the worst. We have not tried to start it! The blower spins when the belt is removed. The motor is suposed to be a hi-po motor built by a well known local engine shop. Trans is out of the car, but the 4 speed comes with it, it is not aluminium. It has a 12 bolt rear end, and old style ladder bars The floors and frame are very solid! It will need rockers for resto, and some other misc. body work. Stainless looks good, and seem to be complete.It will need complete paint. This car has the deluxe interior, and both original seats are there. Along with most other trim. The windshield is broken. Overall this is a great canidate for a resto. mod.
