2001 Jeep Cherokee Limited XJ Lifted 4X4 Custom Axles 4 wheel disc 8.8 NO RESERVE high bidder wins!! I bought this jeep about a year and a half ago bone stock and built it up as a street friendly rig that can be wheeled all day long on moderate trails and be driven to and from the trail. It is equally at home on the street and offroad. It has a relatively low 3.5" custom designed lift kit with the best components from top offroad parts suppliers. The body has been professionally modified to accomodate 33" tires with the low lift height. Despite being lifted and on large tires it is incredibly stable and the roofline is lower than most stock SUV's. It really is nice to drive on the street. I have been a Chrysler Jeep Dodge master tech for about 13 years now so I have a strong working knowledge of these vehicles and their weaknesses and used this knowledge to my advantage during the build process. I have posted a link to a video of a test drive below so you can get a feel for the vehicle and its nuances. Currently the Jeep has 168k miles on it and runs well. It is a limited model with all power options and I believe I am the third owner. Since I bought it I had been commuting about 70 miles per day, 5-6 days per week and regularly took it on trips to Orlando. Recently I moved closer to work but still commute about 20 miles per day. Fuel mileage stays between 16.5-17.5 which is pretty good for a lifted suv on 33's in my opinion. So... why am I selling this wonderful vehicle? Well I recently came across a deal I couldnt pass up on one of my all time favorite muscle trucks. So now I have both but only have enough time, space, and money to enjoy one. Below I have listed all the specs and mods to the Jeep as well as list the condition of the various areas of it. Keep in mind I've only had it for about a year and a half so the parts and mods listed are like brand new.
