Original, Low Miles, MUST SEE!! The pictures will tell the story on this rare 1966 Fairlane 500 XL. This car is one that looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. Fly in and drive this one home!! The Fairlane has 73000 original miles, the interior is original, except for newer carpet and in incredible condition!! The 289 V8 runs great and the automatice transmission shifts as it should, nice and smooth. The car was painted in 2004 and still looks very nice with no signs of rust or repairs. The factory AC is there but needs some hoses to become active again. (compressor is free not frozen). The bucket seats and console that are a part of the XL trim makes this car sporty and desirable. There is an updated radio located in the glove box and nice speakers have been added in the rear package tray and done tastefully. The car looks nice and solid underneath as well. (sorry, no pics). This car runs and drives great!! The bumpers are driver quality. Tires are great. Glass is perfect. There are no signs of rust on the car.The original hubcaps or baby moon caps are included with the auction.
