This is a 1994 Mercedes Benz 500SL. The car runs well. The engine is strong. The car is an automatic but when shifts from gear to gear more so on downshifting as you let off gas, it does shift roughly; it does not make any noise but does make a slight jerk when it down shifts. I have been told it could be transmission although there is no slipping or could be motor mounts. The interior is in pretty good condition. There are no wrips or tears in the leather. There are a few cosmetic things that could be done on the inside such as fixing the rear view mirror which fell off and I temporarily glued back on, fixing the lid to the pocket on the driver door and re glueing the mirror on the passenger visor. I bought this car from my neighbor who was in need of cash. I have not owned it very long. The hard top is on the car and I do not know how to get it off or if the convertible part of it even works. The only thing I have done since owning the car besides drive it some, is changed the oil with synthetic oil as per the mechanics request. The car has a rebuilt title and I dont know the reason for this either. Other than what I mentioned above, the car seems to be in good condition. The AC blows nice and cold.
