Vehicle Detail
This is a very rare WEEKENDER 2002 VW EUROVAN. This is NOT the camper and NOT the minivan - this is the WEEKENDER! The weekender has the pop-top bed, the bench seat that folds down into a queen-sized bed and the table that flips up. We have owned this eurovan since 2007 and only put ~ 38K on it (average would be 50 - 60K). This vehicle has been babied and we have all paperwork for major repairs since we bought it. Oil has been changed like clockwork every 3 months (even though we have never hit 3000 miles in 3 months). The carfax reports indicates this was part of a fleet, but we have no idea what this refers to...when we purchased this we bought it from a dealership that indicated there was only 1 previous owner...you would have to contact carfax regarding this. This is the ultimate travel vehicle - plenty of cargo space, electric cooler, pop-up table, great stereo/sound and awesome handling. The two beds comfortably sleep 2 adults + 2 kids. Dents and Dings: We bumped a parked car while turning into our driveway that made a scrape ~ 18 inches long in the side door (pictured) and the heating coil in the front passenger seat burned out and left a ~ 1" burn spot in the upholstery - we never use the seat heaters so we have never had this fixed. Beyond the typical wear and tear, we would give this eurovan an EXCELLENT interior/exterior rating! We do have the head-rests for the bench seat (they are just not in the pictures). Stereo has a 5-disc CD changer. The tires are almost exactly 1 year old - plenty of years left on them (new as of 10-22-10). The transmission was recently replaced and has a 3-year warrenty. As mentioned above we have all paperwork for repairs since we purchased the vehicle. WE WILL INCLUDE A CURRENT UTAH SAFTEY/EMISSIONS TEST WITH PURCHASE! This bus comes from a great home and has been well-maintained for the last 4 years. Title is bank-owned (we still owe a bit on it) and this would be FedEx'd to you as soon as we received this. You would receive a certified receipt with purchase and whatever paperwork our bank could provide you to ensure the transfer of ownership is 100% legitimate. The good, the bad, the ugly - whatever your questions are, please send me and I will answer! On Oct-23-11 at 10:07:11 PDT, seller added the following information: CORRECTION ON MILEAGE!!! BUS ONLY HAS 79,422 MILES ON IT! Not 84K as previously listed. Also, I added a photo of the burn spot on the front passenger seat (the grey dots are ~ 1/2 - 3/4" apart).
