Vehicle Detail
"Rare" 1974 Chevrolet Laguna factory 454/4-Speed A/C swivel bucket seat car In complete original condition this "RARE" 1974 Chevrolet Laguna S3 454-4-speed manual transmission (From hear say there was only 90 of these cars produced with a 454-4-speed, this car only shows 52,469 miles. This car has never seen any kind of restoration. The car has been driven down the road recently at highway speeds, but for the most part has sat in a garage for many years. The car is pretty solid for being original, there is surface rust but nothing falling off in pieces. The factory 454 V8 is a turn key very smooth running motor with no knock or smoke problems. Factory 4-speed clutch is original and still works accurate in every gear and reverse for your ignition lock-out. This is a factory a/c car, all a/c lines were drained before stored. The compressor pully turns freely and currently attached with belt system, we have not charged the a/c so i do not know if there are any leaks in the system. Factory heater and blower do work good along with rear defroster. I have checked all components on this car, there are several things that are in not working order such as.. Power windows & locks, radio, amp meter guage & tachometer. There has been no investigation on why these components are no longer in working condition. The headlights, turn signals, brake lights, interior dome lights, speedometer, fuel gauge, analog clock, windshield wipers & temp guage are all working properly. Interior on the car is in a presentable quality, there shows no dash cracks, passenger swivel bucket is clean along with rear bench. The drivers bucket seat has several rips This car overall is turn key to start run and drive, which it does nicely. The tires on the car do hold strong air pressure, but would be a concern for a long distance drive due to cracks in the sidewall. This would be an easy restoration for someone that wants a very rare big block 4-speed car.. Vehicle is being sold by a local illinois dealership, which requires all IL buyers to IL 6.25% tax, $95 title, $99 license plate fee. All out of state buyers do vary with registration charges. All buyers are required to pay an IL dealer handling fee of $150 ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL 1-815-623-3325
