It is a 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 2dr fastback with the 429 big block option, making it a super rare opportunity. This car is in overall excellent condition and has extensive service and restoration performed within the last few months. The entire brake system is new including drum, calipers, rotors, pads, shoes, master cylinder, and booster. It also has a new radiator, fan shroud, ignition, door/trunk lock cylinders, and weather stripping for the doors, trunk, and hood. Every fluid on this classic Mustang has been flushed and a complete tune-up was just performed with new distributor, wires, plugs, rotor, etc... The entire interior has been completely restored using factory correct Mach 1 specific components. This includes Mach 1 specific seats, carpet, headliner, and rear deck. The interior and exterior of this car is absolutely gorgeous and this car is sure to turn heads and appreciate in value. I would not call this a 100 point show car as it could use some attention to detail but it is definately far, far above average and NADA value for this car in average condition at $42,420. Other than that the only other item I am aware of that doesn't work is the fuel gauge. Overall this is a fine example of an American classic and would make a great collector car for years to come. The engine runs like a top and purrs like a kitten with gobs and gobs of power. The automatic transmission shifts smooth and flawlessly. This Mach 1 tracks down the road perfectly straight and effortlessly. The upgraded 19" TSW black powdercoated wheels with 275/45/19 rear tires and 245/45/19 fronts give a modern, aggressive look to this car and definately help to make it handle like a dream.
