1973 jeep commando Pick up Well I,m sure no expert on Jeeps, but I ended up with this one from a lady I know who no longer needed it. Although this jeep has just sat idle in her car port for the last 2 years or so, I started it right up, and it seems to run and drive just fine. It's sure not perfect, we believe the 74,000 miles to be original. This jeep is from Texas and has a clear Texas title. This jeep is not rusty, and would make a dandy daily driver, or perhaps a neat hunting vehicle. This jeep has a six cylinder engine, with a three speed manual transmission. It is 38 years old and I am selling it as-is. I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the best than be disappointed in any way. My opening bid is $1850.00 with no reserve. Now all that having been said, I honestly can't imagine finding a lower mileage, more rust free, and a more un-molested Jeep pick up for the price. If I did not think this is a good vehicle, I would not be selling it. I only want the buyer to be happy with it. Term of sale I can not ship..... This means I can not crate, box, disassemble, or deliver to a shipping company. I will however be more than happy to assist your shipper, however I can.
