Now about this beautiful, TOTALLY RUST FREE, very rare 1 year only custom ordered GMC K-30 1 Ton 4x4 with all factory High Sierra options. This truck was custom ordered by its original owner with these rare factory color combonations and rare High Sierra options, the truck took over a year to have custom built by GM and was first delivered and sold here in CA back in 1988. This dually has every option available for this year including, factory fuel injected 454 big block motor, automatic transmission, power windows, door locks, cruise, tilt, A/C ( blows ice cold ), dual gas tanks ( work ), full instrument cluster, sliding rear window, chrome rear step bumper, heavy duty tow package, dual rear wheels, 4 wheel drive, heavy duty suspension package, factory 4x4 pull point hooks up front, overhead cab marker lights, tailgate marker lights, chrome front bumper and exterior appearance package. The trucks original factory fuel injected 454 big block runs excellent, it pegs the oil pressure gauge and has no issues. It has had very regular maintanance and is totally unmodified. The original heavy duty factory K-case Turbo 400 3-speed automatic shifts great and is in excellent working condition. The original heavy duty gear driven NP 205 transfer case is also in excellent working condition. The stock DANA 60 front axle has factory manual locking hubs and is in excellent shape. The stock DANA 70 rear axle has a factory posi unit in it and it is also in excellent shape. The suspension is all stock other than a set of Billstein shocks. The tires have 90% or more tread left on them, and they are on chrome wheels. Overall the truck runs and drives excellent, and all 4 wheel drive equipment is in perfect working order. The exterior of the truck is in perfect condition, it was just repainted its original color with a very nice 2 stage paint job, the truck has no body work or rust repair areas on it, and again it is TOTALLY RUST FREE. Before we painted it we took the truck completely apart, at the time of reassembly we installed the following new items. All new GM weatherstriping. New windshield and GM windshield gasket. New rear tail light lenses. New front fender side marker lenses. New GM overhead cab lights. New rear tailgate marker lamps. Front bumper rechromed with new bumper bolts. New factory GMC grille letters on the factory GMC grille. All new head lights and all new bulbs all around. New outside chrome mirrors. Everything else was detailed or cleaned before installing. The inside of the bed has a few dings, we were going to have it Line-xed but decided against it to let the new owner make their own decision and see what the inside of the bed looks like. The interior is in excellent condition, the factory bench seat was restored and it is in excellent condition, the headliner is in excellent condition, the original carpet is in excellent shape other than a small wear mark where the heel rests, both the door panels are in excellent original condition, all seat belts are in excellent shape, the dash pad has been custom covered with double heavy duty stitching, all other plastics are in excellent shape. The truck has its original AM FM cassette player, stereo in it with all the factory speakers, the lights on the radio are intermittent, otherwise everything else works great. The original owners manual and factory build sheet sticker are still in the glove box. All the lights and gauges work perfect. The A/C was just completely serviced and it blows ice cold. I think that should cover everything, if you notice something which I have left out please don't hesitate to call or email me at anytime. Overall this is a super nice and very rare truck, you would have to look very hard for a very long time to find another one like this with these very rare colors and options. This truck gets major attention by anyone who knows anything about classic 4 wheel drive vehicles and it gets thumbs up everywhere it goes. I have a clear CA title on hand and the truck has current CA registration, all CA buyers will receive a current smog certificate.
