For this reason anyone with a new ebay account or zero transaction history MUST call me before bidding at (916) 923-1977. Up for auction is this beautiful 1968 Ford Ranchero. This is a "California Truck" with Original California Black Plates. This is one of only 5,014 1968 model years made and is a true survivor. This car features a rare "302 engine" (Most came with 390 or 428 engine) Car has a Rebuilt" 2 barrel Carbureator. It has a "C-4" Automatic transmission. The car has "Power Brakes and Power Steering. I added "Petronics" Ignition so there are no "Points" to burn out. In addition, I added a "New" MSD Box and "New Spark Plug Wires" for added spark which results in more power and much better "Fuel Economy". I added a new a "NEW" "3 row Aluminum Radiator" for added cooling capacity. The car has "Dual Exhaust" with "Flowmasters" which give the truck a rich, mellow sound. I had "NEW" Right side wheelAxle Seals and"Wheel Bearings installed. In addition, I had a new "Brake cylinder" installed. I had the "rear window" tinted. The truck has the "Original Headliner" that is in good shape. The "Spilt BenchSeat" is also Original and also in good shape. The "DASH" has no cracks. The "Rear Window" has new seals. The "Carpet" is NEW. The truck has a spare tire behind the passenger seat. The paint as you can see is of very shiny daily driver quality. (gets lots of looks and thumbs up!) The "Vinyl Top" is new. There are NO Cracks in the "Glass". The truck has dash mounted "Water Temp" and "Alternator gauges that work". This truck has the "Original Doors" with VIN Tags. The truck has No rust issues. This truck "STARTS",RUNS and "Drives" Extremely well! It loves the "Open Road"!!. ALL of the Lights work including: Brake, High Beam/Low Beam and Turn Signals. "Under Dash Lights" that operate when you open the doors also work. The "Turn Signal indicator lights" on the dash work. The "Gas Gauge" works. The "Wipers" and "Heater Blower Motor" work. The "Windows "roll up and down smoothly and quietly The truck has "Period Correct" GT Wheels with "BF GOODRICH TA" Tires. The truck "Tailgate" opens and shuts smoothly.
