As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2001 Audi TT Convertible manual has no major exterior damage besides broken/damaged front bumper cover. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. It was sold as a theft recovered vehicle meaning it was stolen at one point and later recovered. No major missing components. Such vehicles are usually stolen for a joy ride and later found or abandoned. Interior is in tact with nice green leather. The glove box handle is broken but still opens/closes fine. No other damage inside and all electronics in tact. Front bumper is broken and lower portion is separated from the top as can be seen in the last pics. We did not observe any real physical damage behind the bumper cover and all seem in tact. We did however noticed that the temperature reading on the cluster goes over beyond normal reading hence this needs to get checked out before any long distance driving of the car is attempted. We don't know why the temperature reading goes high, can be a bad temp sensor to a bad rad/and/or cooling components failure or a bad head gasket. Looks like the car was previously painted to black. There are some small paint chips at the edges and inner corners where previous color is seen as green. Overall, the car shows good and still attractive. We did not observe any signs of any previous body work and do not know anything about its past history. Looks like tires were recently changed and has like new tires. Pics clearly show the overall condition of the car. Car starts and we're able to lot drive the car. No suspension damage observed but ABS light is on. All glass ok. Power convertible top did not work and we had to manually open/close the top. We're able to start the car and move it around our yard. As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2001 Audi TT Convertible Quattro AWD has no major exterior damage besides broken/damaged front bumper cover. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. It was sold as a theft recovered vehicle meaing it was stolen at one point and later recovered. No major missing components. Such vehicles are usually stolen for a joy ride and later found or abandoned. Interior is in tact with nice green leather. The glove box handle is broken but stil opens/closes fine. No other damage inside and all electronics in tact. Front bumper is broken and lower portion is separated from the top as can be seen in the last pics. No physical damage behind the bumper cover and all in tact. Looks like the car was previously painted to black. There are some small paint chips at the edges and inner corners where previous color is seen as green. Overall, the car shows good and still attractive. We did not observe any signs of any previous body work and do not know anything about its past history. Looks like tires were recently changed and has like new tires. Pics clearly show the overall condition of the car. Car starts and we're able to lot drive the car. No suspension damage observed but ABS light is on. All glass ok. ALL AIRBAGS OK AND LOT RUNS/DRIVES. Check out the detailed pics below and feel free to ask any questions you might have. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES

We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company.
