up for bid is my 1973 orange bug i've owned this car for about six months. i got the car from a guy where it sat for years in his driveway as long as i can remember. he said when he got it it was sitting in a warehouse he bought it to restore it for his daughter he did some work and got it painted years ago. the paint is ok not the best chips and cracks. i bought the car and put in a new master cylinder, front wheel cylinders rubber brake lines.and put on new tires cleaned out the gas tank and metal gas line put on new rubber gas lines and cleaned the carb and installed a new muffler and it started right up. then i put on new crome moldings and put on new rubber in both back windows then i replaced new front set covers. i have back seat covers and new rubber for the windshield and rear window if you want to replace them. four new door panels would make this car look real nice on ebay for 65 dollars. then i registered it QQ and put classic insurance on it that only cost 44 dollars a year. the rear floor under back seat driver side has some small holes. the reason i'm selling the car is that i have seven cars and i can't drive them all with a little work this could be a real nice car for someone. i all so have another motor that is not in this auction that is a gene berg 2180 with deul 48 dellorto carbs that is all a part if interested call me my phone # is 7326429090 thanks tony
