1976 AMC Pacer D/L Runs good, Rust Free You are bidding on a 1976 Pacer D/L model, with 98,168 original miles. This car has had a total of 3 owners, spending most of it's life garaged in Georgia. The 3rd owner only owned the car for about 6 months and only put about 100 miles on it. The 2nd owner had the car for 5-6 years and was a low mile driver as well. The car runs, drives, and shifts extremely well. The car has recently received a new paint job, the AC has been converted to modern freon, and new upholster interior (not factory material or pattern, but looks good). Recent, minor repairs to the suspension and engine make it a sold, reliable driver. The radio and 8 track player has recently been repaired. The tires are in good condition. The chrome and trim parts are orginal and in good condition; replating may be necessary if planning to show the car. You will not find many near original survivors in the kind of condition.
