You are bidding on a well preserved classic 1971 Nova that has been in the same family for the past 40 years. Brief History: This was truly "Grandma's Car" when she purchased it new in Atlanta, Ga. on Febuary 6, 1971. It has documentation with the original "Protecto-Plate" from the Dealership, owners manual, as well as documented papers on the service of the car up to 11/9/1991. This car was originally a 6-cyl powerglide. In 1976, "Grandma" purchased a new Nova and gave this car to her son. In late 1976, he changed the 6 cyl out of the 1971 and replaced it with the 350 v-8, 350 turbo from the 76' Nova. This is the motor and transmission that is now in the car. A few years later, the son gave the car to his daughter. It was repainted in 1995 with the original color, "Cascade Blue" PPG Base Coat/Clear Coat, which is the current color of the car. The seats were recovered, new brakes all the way around, exhaust, Crager S/S wheels with new tires, dash pad. The door panels are original as well as the carpet and headliner. This EXTREMELY well-maintained car features the orignal sheet metal and even the original "splatter" paint in the trunk. Cream puff!
