1968 mustang fastback This 1968 fastback is a great super solid start to a restoration project. It is a c code 289 auto trans(c4). Runs and drives but its really not road worth yet. The fastback has gt wheels, disc brakes and a modern 8.8 posi rear. Body: The body of this mustang is in great shape has new rear frame rails,quarters,and floor pans. It has no rust structualy just some minor rust on the body. It is very minimal the rust on the body. You would not have to replace any body panels. Drivetrain: This fastback has a 289 2v 67 engine with an auto c4 trrans and long tube headers. The rear is a modern mustang 8.8 with a posi. This mustang has gt wheels and disc brakes. The exhaust is on the car but is not in good shape. She will run and drive and starts up easy but i would not say shes ready to drive. Interior: This fastback has black interior with new door panels and carpet. It is missing the rear side panels as you will see in the pics.The mustang has a fold down rear seat. She will need work on the interior but what project car doesnt. This is a solid 1968 mustang fastback that is ready for an easy resto. This iconic american muscle car is ready to restore back to its former glory.
