This is a Police Department owned federal forfeiture vehicle. All sales are sold as is and all sales are final. You are viewing a PHS documented 1965 Pontiac GTO Lemans. This car began as a Capri Gold , gold interior 3 speed manual, red lines and 3.23 rear end. Please review PHS documentation for more detailed items which is available on-site. Today the GTO has been painted Torch Red and interior converted to GM parchment. The paint and body is very straight and presents very well. INTERIOR: All seats have been re-covered using factory parchment replacements and carpet replaced with black GM 80-20 loop. Optioned with factory consol, AM-FM radio, sport wood steering wheel is in very nice condition. Headliner and all adjoining material match in color and fit accordingly. Dash has been re chromed and restored to look original. EXTERIOR: Sheet metal is very straight and door gaps are acceptable of an original car. Paint has great shine and would be considered “driver quality”. Floors and trunk have been replaced with reproduction sheet metal. All very solid and installed professionally. Chrome and bright work. MOTOR: 389 cubic inch motor with 4-barrel carburetor with 4-speed manual transmission. Vehicle runs great and definiately has the power if you want it.
