Now about this very cool totally RUST FREE 1998 GMC Suburban 2500 4x4.... You are looking at pictures of a nice 1998 3/4 ton 2500 series Four Wheel drive GMC Suburban. This GMC Suburban is fully loaded from the factory with every available option, including power windows, door locks, cruise, tilt, dual A/C, tinted windows, roof rack, heavy duty towing package, off road pull points up front, and 42 gallon gas tank. This Suburban has had a custom interior conversion which includes middle row seperate captains chairs which recline and a center mounted TV VCR console. This Suburban has a factory 454 Vortec motor in it, it runs great and was just serviced. The transmission is the factory heavy duty 4L80E 4-speed automatic overdrive, it also shifts great through all gears and was just serviced, the trans looks to have been rebuilt but we can not find any paperwork on it, it does indeed shift great and feels solid. The transfer case is the factory push button MP8, with the optional automatic 4 wheel drive feature, it is also in great working condition. The rear axle is the factory heavy duty full floating GM corp. 14 bolt. This truck was ordered with factory heavy duty towing package which includes the following. - 4:10 gears front and back. - Factory rear posi traction. - Factory 42 gallon gas tank. - Factory heavy duty cooling package. - Factory heavy duty braking package. The truck has all of its original suspension and it rides great, the wheels are the stock steels complete with the chrome beauty rings and center caps. The tires all have roughly 50% tread on them and are all in good shape. The exterior of the truck is in nice condition, it has a few small door dings and minor scratches due to normal wear, otherwise it looks great. There is a little paint fading right above the windshield due to sun, it is not very noticeable. This is a original CA truck so it is 100% RUST FREE. The interior of the Suburban is in nice shape, as stated before it has a custom interior conversion which includes seperate reclining captain chairs in the middle row seat are which match the two front seats, and a matching rear third row seat. There is a custom center console which houses a TV and a VCR, the TV works great but there is a VCR tape stuck in the VCR player, we would recommend pulling the VCR out and installing a DVD player in it. If you'd like we can handle that for you for an additional $300.00 dollars. All power windows, locks, mirrors, lights, gauges, etc, are in great working condition. The carpet is original and could use a good cleaning. I think that should cover just about everything, the truck runs and drives great. I hold a clear CA title in hand and the truck is ready to go. All CA buyers will receive a current smog certificate. THIS TRUCK WILL NEED NEW BRAKE ROTORS UP FRONT. THE A/C IS NOT BLOWING COLD RIGHT NOW AND WILL NEED TO GET LOOKED AT. THE CD PLAYER ACTS UP ONCE IN A WHILE AND READS ERROR, IT PROBOABLY NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. THE STEREO ITSELF WORKS GREAT. THE RADIO IS MISSING ONE PLASTIC KNOB AND ONE PLASTIC FADER CONTROL KNOB. TO REGISTER THE TRUCK IN CA $650.00 DOLLARS IN DMV BACK FEES WILL HAVE TO BE PAID. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO CA BUYERS. THERE IS A VERY SMALL POWER STEERING OR HYDROBOOST OIL LEAK.
