You are bidding on a 1965 chevy short wide bed truck. It has a fresh 350 bored 0.30 over. It has 400 heads, z28 valve springs, new retainers, locks and seals. 268 comp cam and lifters, Holley street fighter intake, new 600 edelbrock carb., The transmission is a fresh 400 turbo with a shift kit. It has a 1972 chevy truck rear end with 3.08 gear ratio, new brakes and wheel cylinders (12 inch drums). It has air bags in the rear and 2 inch dropped spindles in the front with disc brakes. It also has dropped coil springs on the front. New brakes, ball joints and bushing in the A-arms. There is a brand new aluminum radiator and electric fan. There is new underdash AC/heat unit. This truck has power steering. The steering column is from an s-10 and has tilt. It has a cd player with new speakers. The seat has been redone with gold metal flake material. This truck is a low rider with a great stance. It has a great patina look but it is rusty so don't expect perfection. The front fenders are fiberglass that have been painted and scuffed to match the truck. We do have replacement cab corners, and rocker panels that go with the truck. It has 15x7 chrome reverse wheels with 235-75/15 bf goodwrench silvertown wide white wall tires. It's had a recent front end alignment. We have quite a bit of money in new parts in this truck and have it priced fairly. This is a daily driven truck. In the last month and a half we have drove it to Des Moines IA (800 mile roundtrip) and to the Street Rod Nats in Louiville KY (700+ mile roundtrip) both pulling a trailer and another car. I wouldn't be afraid to drive anywhere in it. We will be going to the frog follies on the weekend of Aug 27 and if sold we can meet there if it is easier or closer (for a fee).
