We are selling our 1998 GMC Safari. It has been a great truck to us. We have used this truck to do all our vactions and out of town running. It gets great gas mileage. Even in the mountains! This is the more rare 8 passenger van. It would be great for a day care or taxi. It would also be a great truck for making deliveries. Take out the seats and haul anything. Ok now down to the truck. I replaced the battery last year. I also replaced the a/c compressor and lines,even the rear lines. I did not have the system charged. So it will need to be done. Not a big issue. I also had new brakes installed. I have a new set of rotors for the van. I purchased them as a package deal and never installed them. Since the rotor are not bad I just saved them till I needed them. I also had a full tune up done. Plugs,wires,pvc,cap and rotor. The front tires are new and the back are heathy. It has a hitch with a 1" 7/8 ball. We used it to pull a small trailer to the dump. Which is less than a mile away. It has a nice cd player. The van is in great shape. Some small scratches and maybe a ding. I will add more if I think of it. Im getting some weird questions about the van. Please read all of my ad before asking questions. As for the drive train. Motor is solid. Trans shift great as all Gms do this one will give a sharp shift. I think its the way the previous owner wanted it. I had it looked in to when we bought it and the dealer sait it was fine no issues. There are no check engine lights on. If you would like to come test drive before the end of the auction,let me know. I welcome any one to come look at this van.
