Breaks my heart to sell this car but I will save you the details. Well I have owned it for 5 years approximately, have lots of history on it for the lucky new owner. I put a new engine in the car a year ago, using the original block. It was done by the best machine shop in Boise and it was a complete thorough engine rebuild totaling $9.000.00. I have reciepts and warranty for the engine work. I also have over 100 pictures then gave me of every step of the rebuild process. Sounds like a lot but thats what it takes to rebuild one of these AMC blocks. It was bored .030 over and a mild cam put in, other than that it is stock original other than MSD ignition and a Edelbrock carb. The engine now has right around 2700 miles on it so not quite broke in yet and it does run so good. Has full exhaust out the back bumper with flowmasters and chrome tips. The interior is in good condition no rips or tears, carpet is perfect. Windows need seals but mechanically fine. Both quarters will need panels as they are bubbling; the rest of the car is solid and clean from body defects. Recently the speedo cable went on it and I converted the car from points to electronic ignition so the stock rpm guage is not working. They make an adapter for this so it is not useless and the speedo cables are not hard to come by. Alignment needs to be done on the front end even though it drives straight as an arrow. The bushings are just wore. This car has just not been driven much, the title doesn't show original miles but I have paperwork to support the mileage is fact at 60k. I was just not able to finish her, I hope it's new owner loves it the way I do and will see it through to save its life and preserve american history.
