Up for auction is a 1959 el camino project car. It has the original 283 v8 and powerglide trans, both are in good working condition. At one point a previous owner had started a body off restoration. Most of the undercarriage of the car is in good condition. It is an Arizona car so rust is minimal, however there is some rust on the body, most of which is just on the surface. There are two spots I have noticed that will need some metal repair though. One in the cab behind the driver, and the other is at the bottom of the tailgate. Overall the body is in in good condition. There are some small dents and dings but no serious damage. I have most of the trim, as well as the rear window. Good luck and happy bidding. I would prefer local pickup, but will help load the car if you make all the shipping arrangments.
