You are bidding on a 1966 Lincoln Continental Four Door Convertible. This car is enjoyable to drive, very much appreciated by the general public, smooth, and runs great. Some body work was done sometime before 1994 and is coming through, see pictures especially rear doors and rear quarters, no work has been done since, seems to have mostly original paint. Top goes up and down in sequence, needs new top canvas, needs seat leather replaced, occasionally upper back panel needs a little help. All windows work but need new front drivers side and rear window switches. Passenger rear window drops automatically, as it should, when door is opened but drivers rear window does not. The car has the original 462 CID engine, has an exhaust tick when accelerating, runs strong and shifts smoothly, oil changed 12 months ago. I'm not a mechanic, so I could be missing some additional work items. This car is driven mostly locally and to shows in NJ and PA, very comfortable to drive on the highway. This is a great starting point for a true restoration, or perfect as a weekend cruiser. Inspections in person welcome, Car is for sale locally and is located in Bay Head, NJ.
