Up for sale is a 1949 plymouth deluxe sedan. It is a project car. It is all original and sat in a barn since 1965. The car has new points, rotar, condensor, cap, spark plugs and wires, coil and battery. I havent had it running, but it does turn over good and it back fires through the carburator. I believe that the timing chain is stretched. It had good compression. The fuel pump went bad so I purchased a new fuel pump for it. The floors are pretty much solid except for one spot in the rear drivers floor. I have begun to patch that. It needs new rocker pannels and the trunk needs patched in the rear drivers corner. All of the stainless steel trim is in excellent shape. It has no headlights but i have the headlight trim for the car. Everything works except the reverse lights, the dome light, the turn signals, and the radio. It needs a wiper arm on the passenger side. The passenger's windshield is cracked a little bit. The rear seats could be covered. It needs a window seal in the rear window. Currently the motor and transmission are out of the car. I pulled it to clean it up and clean the motor compartment. The car has a clear title. This is a project car. Im only selling because I need the space in my garage. The car is sold as is. Ive described it the best I can.
